The Unplugged Healthcast | Dr. Worcester

Tudor Melville is a health coach, volunteer, and retired business owner whose life is a testament to the power of purpose, movement, and community. After building a successful international electronics company, Tudor sold his business in 2019, but quickly realized he needed a new mission. That mission became twofold: helping others achieve optimal health and serving those in need.

Through his work as an Optavia health coach, Tudor has helped over 500 people lose weight and reclaim their vitality. When he’s not coaching, he’s volunteering with local food banks, delivering fresh food to communities in Arizona and Mexico, and leading prison ministry programs that include building a church and starting a tortilla factory behind bars. At nearly 70, Tudor is in the best shape of his life—running weekly 5Ks, completing 37 pull-ups, and proving that anyone can burn bright to the end.
